편측성 이론

손잡이의 변화 또는 혼란된 대뇌 우세성이 말더듬의 원인이나 유지에 영향을 미치는 요인이라는 이론을 말합니다. 이 이론에 따르면, 글쓰기 및 기타 숙련된 활동에서 선호하지 않는 손을 사용하는 것이 말 통제에 영향을 미치는 대뇌 불안정성에 기여하여 말더듬을 유발합니다. 편측성 이론은 하나의 대뇌 반구가 다른 반구에 대해 불충분하게 확립된 우세성을 의미합니다.

Refers to the theory that a shift in handedness or confused cerebral dominance is a factor in the cause or in the maintenance of stuttering. According to this theory, the use of the non-preferred hand in written and other skilled activities contributes to a cerebral instability affecting speech control in such a way as to generate stuttering. Laterality theory refers to insufficiently established dominance of one cerebral hemisphere over another.
